TRANSFER AND CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES
Parkwood Holdings Plc announces that on 21 December 2007 the Company
transferred 75,000 Treasury Ordinary Shares of 1p each for a consideration of �
76,455.55 to Parkwood Group Trustees Limited and cancelled 310,000 Treasury
Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
The Capital of the Company consists of 19,290,420 Ordinary Shares with a normal
value of 1p each, with voting rights.
As a result of these transactions, the Company no longer holds any shares in
Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,290,420.
