CORRECTION: On the 12 November, 2007 an announcement was made (4801H, 1103hrs)
that said the Company held 200,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; and this was
incorrect. The Company held 175,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury, and the
announcement should have read:

PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

Parkwood Holdings PLC announces that on 12 November 2007 the Company purchased
for Treasury 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 113.5 per share.

The capital of the Company consists of 19,600,420 Ordinary Shares with a nominal
value of 1p each.

The Company holds 175,000 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,425,420.
