Following the announcement on 6th September 2006 regarding his resignation, the
Group Finance Director, Charles Bithell, will conclude his service with the
Company on 31st December 2006.

The Board wishes to thank Charles for his contribution to the Group over the
past three years, during which the business has doubled in size. The board
takes this opportunity to wish him every success in the future.

On-going day to day responsibilities will be covered by a strengthened finance
team, with interim management being provided by Mr Terry Bowman, previously
Group Finance Director during Parkwood's flotation.

The search for a successor is expected to be continued early in 2007.
