                            DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDING                            

The Company was informed on 2 November 2006 of the following transaction in the
ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

On 1 November 2006, Ms S C Kling, Non-executive director, purchased 750
Ordinary Shares at a price of 96.5 pence per Ordinary share.

Following this transactions Ms Kling's total beneficial and non-beneficial
holding in the Company is 52,750 Ordinary Shares representing 0.27 per cent. of
the Company's total issued share capital.
