Notifiable Interest

The Company has today been informed that pursuant to a sale of 1,000,000
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, Hertfordshire County Council
"B" Portfolio no longer has a notifiable interest in the capital of the
Company. This also means that Jupiter Asset Management Limited acting as
investment manager, no longer has a notifiable interest in the shares of the
Company.
