Further to the Company's recent announcements regarding share allotments made 
pursuant to the Offer that opened on 11 November 2009, the Company announces 
that application has been made for the shares issued under the following 
allotments to be admitted to the Official List and dealings are now expected to 
commence on 5 July 2010. 
 
30 April 2010: 1,236,024 ordinary shares; 
 
28 May 2010: 507,858 ordinary shares; 
 
18 June 2010: 777,312 ordinary shares; and 
 
25 June 2010: 261,375 ordinary shares
