distribution solutions to the financial services market, announces that on 23 
March 2010 it was informed that Oryx International Growth Fund Limited ("Oryx") 
had, on 19th March 2010, acquired 1,440,000 Ordinary Shares in Focus, 
representing 4.86% of total voting rights.
