Fund Limited has a notifiable interest of 2,990,000 Ordinary Shares, which
represents 6.70% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are
held in the name of HSBC Security Services (Guernsey) Limited. The current
number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 44,573,817.
