The Company was notified on 5 February 2007 by J O Hambro Capital Management
Group Limited that it and certain of its subsidiaries holds a notifiable
interest in 17,585,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), representing approximately 27.5 per cent. of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.
