Narf Industries plc (LSE: NARF), the

and critical infrastructure security, is pleased to announce that
its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10.00am on 4
October 2024 at the offices of Tennyson Securities, 65 Petty
France, London SW1H 9EU.

Letter from The Chairman and the Form of Proxy have been sent to
shareholders and are available on the Company's website
