This aggregate holding represents 0.07% of the Company's issued
share capital.
The number of shares held by Mr John Mackie, a non-executive
Director of the Company, reduced to 9,804 Ordinary 2p shares which
are registered in the name of Rock Nominees Limited. This aggregate
holding represents 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
