Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, will be hosting a virtual Capital Markets Day today along with Q&A at 10:00 GMT for investors and analysts.

At the event, senior executives and operational management will provide an update on:

-- Strong trading and progress towards the Group's FY 2024 strategic and financial targets, which it expects to meet materially ahead of schedule

-- The significant development in building the Marlowe compliance platform which now encompasses intelligence, consultancy, software and assurance

-- A deep-dive into the Group's Governance, Risk and Compliance division focusing on its software and consultancy offering
