    Mt Cadig Update


    Mincorp plc announces that Bonaventure Mining Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mincorp Asia Inc in which the Company holds a
40% holding, has lost the case in Supreme Court of Philippines for the right to file their application for mining rights with the Mining and
Geoscience Bureau, in relation to the Mt Cadig nickel deposit.  The Board continues to evaluate other strategic opportunities in order to
enhance shareholder value.
