Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income 
& Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc (together "the Companies" 
and each a "Company") published a Securities Note, Registration Document 
and Summary on 28 November 2013 (together "the Prospectus") containing an 
offer for subscription of up to 10 million ordinary shares of 1p each in 
the capital of each of the Companies ("the Offer"). Definitions within the 
Prospectus apply to this announcement. 
 
The boards of the Companies are pleased to announce that they expect to shortly 
receive applications pursuant to the Offer which will result in GBP24 million in 
aggregate being raised. As a result, and in accordance with the terms of the 
Offer (contained in the Securities Note), the boards have jointly decided to 
increase the aggregate fundraising amount pursuant to the Offer from GBP24 
million (GBP6 million per Company) to GBP34 million (GBP8.5 million per Company), 
subject to no more than 10 million ordinary shares being issued by one or 
more of the Companies. 
 
Investors intending to subscribe for shares under the Offer in the 2013/2014 
tax year should note that the deadline for such subscriptions is 12.00 noon 
on 4 April 2014. The Offer is expected to close at 12.00 noon on 30 April 
2014 (unless fully subscribed by an earlier date or otherwise extended or 
closed at the Directors' discretion).
