M&G Equity Investment Trust plc ('M&G Equity') - Loan Redemption 
 
M&G Equity has today redeemed the outstanding  GBP40m of the 7.376% Debenture Stock 
2011 ('the Debenture'), at a cost of approximately  GBP146,800. This compares with 
the estimate of  GBP136,000 included in the Circular 'Recommended Proposals for the 
Reconstruction and Winding-Up of the Company' issued on 12 January 2011.
