Ludorum plc announces that Simon Pearce, Finance Director and Company Secretary,
is leaving the company as of 30th November 2007.

Malcolm Paget, a Chartered Accountant with 12 years experience with
PricewaterhouseCoopers, was Finance Director of HIT Entertainment PLC from 1997
to 1998 and now runs a London based Chartered Accountancy practise, will be
appointed Company Secretary with immediate effect and will also assume
responsibility for the financial and administrative functions of the company and
will report to Rob Lawes, Chief Executive.
