LSL Property Services plc (the "Company"), announces that Donald MacLellan, a
senior employee of the Company who is subject to the lock-up arrangements set
out in the Company's prospectus, has been granted a release from the lock-up
arrangement for personal reasons and on 4th April transferred 185,925 ordinary
shares of 0.2p each, representing approximately 0.178% per cent of the ordinary
share capital of the Company.

Following the transfer, Donald MacLellan has a holding of 371,850 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 0.357% per cent of the ordinary share
capital of the Company. This holding remains subject to the lock-up
arrangements.
