LSL Property Services plc ("LSL" or the "Company"), announces that Kevin Webb,
who was previously a senior employee of the Company and as such was subject to
the lock-up arrangements set out in the Company's prospectus, has been released
from the lock-up arrangement for personal reasons.

Kevin Webb has sold 557,775 ordinary shares of 0.2p each today, representing 0.5
per cent of the ordinary share capital of the Company at a price of 184p per
ordinary share.

Following the sale, Kevin Webb, does not have a holding of ordinary shares in
the Company.
