The Company was notified today, 16 August 2007, of the following dealing in its
Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each by  the Trustee of the Employee Benefit Trust,
in connection with the Company's SAYE Option Scheme.

16 August 2007                         1,000,000                        235.41p

Following the purchase, the Trust holds a total of 1,147,219 Ordinary Shares
representing 1.1% of the Company's issued  Ordinary Shares. The shares are held
by the Trust in order to satisfy the exercise of share options. The full time 
directors of the company and persons discharging managerial responsibility, are
among those eligible to participate in  the SAYE and are potential beneficiaries
under the Trust and therefore are deemed to have a beneficial interest in the 
shares held by the Trust.
