The Company notes the allegations in the Mail on Sunday made against its
subsidiary Your Move relating to bias placement lending. Your Move strongly
rejects these allegations. Extensive due diligence was carried out prior to the
recent flotation and the Company categorically confirms that there is no lending
bias with mortgage lenders. Your Move's mortgage advisors act in the customer's
interests at all times with a larger panel of lenders than many of its peers.
