The Company was informed on 11 February 2003 that Mr W Shakoor had purchased an
aggregate of 200,000 ordinary 25 pence shares in the Company, being 2.8% of the
entire issued share capital, at a price per share of 131.5 pence.  Following
this transaction, Mr Shakoor has a total holding of 435,000 ordinary 25 pence
shares representing 6.2% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was further informed on 10 February 2003 that Montanaro Fund
Managers Limited had sold its entire holding of ordinary 25 pence shares of the
Company, being 158,839 shares, representing 2.3% of the issued share capital of
the Company.  Montanaro Fund Managers Limited has no ongoing share holding in
the Company.
