Sale of non-core units from 3DE 
 
 
Luminar Group Holdings plc announces that 3D Entertainment Group Limited (in 
which Luminar has a 49% shareholding) whose stated strategy is to dispose of 
it's non core businesses has sold 28 of its venues (unbranded) to Helena Leisure 
Ltd for a nominal consideration. This represents approximately a third of its 
estate and will leave 3D Entertainment to solely focus on its core product of 
high street entertainment bars.
