Luminar plc announces that it has today purchased for cancellation 27,465
ordinary shares of 25p each at 745p per share

Following today's purchase the capital of the Company consists of 69,581,565
ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in
Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 69,581,565.
