Investment Group plc, today purchased 50,319 shares of Megalomedia plc at 23p
per share.

Lonfin Investments Limited and London Finance & Investment Group are companies
associated with David Marshall who is a director of Megalomedia.

This purchase increased Lonfin Investments' holding to 3,481,430 shares
representing 4.76 per cent of the issued share capital.
