MANAGEMENT FEE REDUCTION

The Board of JPMorgan Russian Securities plc announces that, following a review, the Company's investment management fee arrangements with JPMorgan Funds Limited ('JPMF') will change.

With effect from 1st November 2021, the annual investment management fee will be charged at a rate of 0.9% (previously 1.0%) on the net asset value of the Company's portfolio.

The Chairman, Gill Nott, commented:

"We are very pleased with the result of the constructive discussion with the Manager. This reduction in management fees reflects a general trend across the market. It will reduce ongoing charges and should make the Company more attractive for investors."

The fee will continue to be calculated and paid monthly.
