PDMR Shareholdings
IndigoVision Group plc announces that on 2 March 2018, a number
of the Company's directors and PDMRs purchased ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), further details of
which are set out in the table below together with the individual's
resultant aggregate holding. All of the purchases were made at a
price of GBP1.31 per Ordinary Share.
