In accordance with the terms of the base prospectus dated 28(th) September 2018, the latest audited financial statements are now available on the heylo website http://heylohousing.com/heylo-housing-group-retail-bond .

The Company has continued to make progress in the last 6 months and as of today, date of signing the financial statements, 85% of the Company's property portfolio is occupied and yielding. Once all properties in the portfolio are occupied and yielding, we anticipate that the annual rent roll will be ca. GBP 600,000 i.e. >2x the annual bond payments.
