October 2007, CIM Special Situations Fund Limited ("CIM") has acquired 400,000
ordinary shares of 0.25p each.  Following this purchase, CIM holds 5,400,000
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.13 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
