Appoints Alexander
David Securities as Broker
Alexander David Securities Limited has been appointed as broker
to the Company
GVMH’s mission is to become a leader in digital out-of-home
media by deploying innovative display and marketing technologies at
strategic, high-traffic locations.
Founded in Hong Kong in 2014,
GVC Holdings Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GVMH, identified
the opportunity to deploy glasses-free 3D technology in digital
out-of-home (OOH) media. The Directors chose cinemas as their first
targeted OOH media platform to take advantage of the growth in
cinema audiences in China in terms
of box office, number of cinemas and number of viewers. To date,
the network covers 39 cities with over 200 panels.
Commenting on the appointment, Jonathan Lo, Chief Executive Officer said,
“Following our listing on the London Stock Exchange in June this
year, this appointment will help us to connect with the investment
community here in the UK in order to attract new shareholders and
new funds to help us to achieve our growth ambitions for the
business in China and other new
markets.”
