Result of EGM
Completion of the acquisition of GruppeM Hong Kong Limited
Resignation of Director

The Company announces that all the resolutions proposed at today's EGM were duly
passed by shareholders and that the acquisition of GruppeM Hong Kong Limited
which constitutes a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules has been completed.

At the EGM, Lord Marsh, Chairman, commented: "Firstly, as outlined in the
Admission Document dated 2 October 2006, I would like to welcome Julian Hardy to
the Board of the Company as Sales Director.  Julian has over 30 years'
experience in the automotive sector - latterly as general manager of Porsche
Centre Reading.  As sales director of GruppeM Hong Kong Limited since January
2006, he has contributed significantly to the success of the Porsche retail
operation in Qingdao, China.

"Secondly, I would like to announce that, following the successful completion of
the acquisition of GruppeM Hong Kong Limited, I intend to resign as
non-executive Chairman and from the Board with effect from 31 October 2006.  The
Board is currently considering some other high quality candidates to be the new
chairman and will make an announcement in the very near future.  I wish GruppeM
Investments PLC every success in the future."

Application has been made for the issued share capital of the Company, as
enlarged by the acquisition, comprising 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p
each, to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc
("AIM").  Dealings are expected to commence on AIM at 8.00am on 30 October 2006.
