GoCo Group plc announces that on 23 August 2019, Matthew Crummack, a PDMR was granted options to acquire 27,272 ordinary shares of GBP0.0002 each in the capital of GoCo Group plc under the terms of the GoCo Group plc Sharesave Plan at an option price of GBP0.66 pence per ordinary share. The expected maturity date of these options is 1 October 2022.
