BLOCKLISTING

Further to the Blocklisting Scheme that commenced on 1 November 2005,
application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London Stock
Exchange plc for the block admission of up to a further 1,579,013 ordinary
shares of GBP�0.0025 (0.25 pence) in respect of shares which may be allotted
and issued in due course should options granted under the Company's Employee
Share Option Scheme be exercised.
Admission is expected to be on 13 November 2006.
