                             Notification of Holding

The  Company  was  informed by a letter dated 27 July  2006  that,  following  a
transaction  on  26  July 2006, New Star Hedge Fund Ltd  now  has  a  notifiable
interest,  in  accordance with sections 198-202 of the Companies  Act  1985,  in
6,099,533  ordinary  shares  of  0.25p  each  in  the  capital  of  the  Company
representing approximately 3.3 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
