GGG Resources plc (GGG), has today received unconditional approval from the 
Australian Treasurer in relation to its proposed acquisition of all of the 
ordinary shares in Auzex Resources Limited (ABN 74 106 444 606) (Auzex). 
 
Accordingly, the condition in GGG's off-market takeover offer for all of the 
ordinary shares of Auzex relating to this approval, has been fulfilled.
