Following the approval by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting 
held on 9 August 2010 (the "Annual General Meeting") the Directors of the 
Company are pleased to announce that the Company's name has been changed to GGG 
Resources plc. This name change has been registered with Companies House. 
 
 
 
Dealings under the new name will commence at 8am on 19 August 2010, the 
Company's TIDM (ticker symbol) of GGG will remain the same.
