Central China Goldfields plc has been notified by Paul McGroary, a director of 
the Company, of his purchase yesterday of 500,000 ordinary shares in the 
Company at a price of 3.99-4.00p per share. 
 
Following the above transactions the Directors' shareholdings in GGG will be:
