The Company announces the grant of 2,300,000 options over ordinary shares of 1 
pence each to various Directors. All of the options granted pursuant to this 
notification are exercisable at an exercise price of 5 pence per new ordinary 
share and are exercisable at any time up to 30 June 2015.
