                            and Bullabulling update

The Board of Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that at the 
forthcoming AGM in August that a motion will be put before the members to 
change the name of the Company to GGG Resources plc. 
 
The decision to change the name reflects the Company's new emphasis on its 
substantial and rapidly developing 50:50 gold joint venture at Bullabulling in 
Western Australia with ASX listed Auzex Resources Limited. 
 
This week the full board of Central China Goldfields plc have been on site at 
Bullabulling and met with the board of directors of Auzex. Both parties have 
now agreed, that given the clear geological upside indicated arising from the 
latest structural survey, that Bullabulling will now be accelerated towards 
feasibility and potentially early mine development and production. 
 
A detailed Digital Terrain Modelling survey was flown over the Bullabulling 
Project area in early June. This survey will provide up to date data on the 
topography of the area which will be used for resource calculations, 
pit-optimisation studies and infrastructure layout. 
 
The next step for the Bullabulling Project will be a 1,400 metre confirmatory 
diamond drill program designed to validate the entire existing 12,000 drill 
hole database already drilled on the property. These historic results are in 
the process of being interpreted by modern 3D computer analysis. Shareholders 
will be advised once drilling is underway. 
 
In view of the decision to accelerate the development of the Bullabulling 
project, the Company will not now exercise its option on the Cikoleang gold 
property in Indonesia, given its early stage status. The Company remains active 
in its review of various SE Asian projects but this process is now being 
focused on more advanced exploration and mature brownfield gold and base metal 
projects.
