LONDON - 23 April 2010 
 
Following the expiry of 1,850,000 Options and 15,067,250 Warrants in March 
2010, the Company announces the grant of 6,850,000 options over ordinary shares 
of 1 pence each to various Directors and certain senior management. All of the 
options granted pursuant to this notification are exercisable at an exercise 
price of 4 pence per new ordinary share and are exercisable at any time up to 
23 April 2015.
