Central China Goldfields plc was notified by Peter Ruxton, Jeffrey Malaihollo, 
Nigel Clark and Paul McGroary of their purchases today of 1,200,000 ordinary 
shares in the Company at a price of 2.7 - 2.725p per share. All are Directors 
of the Company. 
 
Following the above transactions the Directors' shareholdings in GGG will be:
