    CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR PURCHASE SHARES FOLOWING THE EXERCISE OF    
                                   WARRANTS                                    

  * Chairman Nigel Clark purchases 100,000 shares at 11p
   
  * Managing director Jeff Malaihollo purchases 50,000 shares at 11p
   
  * Senior Chinese managers purchase 350,000 shares following warrant exercise
   
LONDON, 7 November 2007 - The Company has received applications to exercise
500,000 warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") at an
exercise price of 8p per share.

The exercised warrants were held by the company's senior Chinese managers who
are collectively retaining 350,000 shares.

The 150,000 share balance is being taken up by Nigel Clark and Jeff Malaihollo
who have purchased 100,000 and 50,000 shares respectively from the managers at
the closing price on 2 November 2007 of 11p, including the 8p exercise cost.

Nigel Clark now holds 800,000 shares, representing 0.66% of the issued capital.

Jeff Malaihollo and his wife now hold 1,182,874 shares, representing 0.98% of
the issued capital.

The combined holdings of all directors are 11,253,374 shares, representing
approximately 9.32% of the issued capital.

The New Shares will be issued and allotted and will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. Trading of the New Shares
on AIM is expected to commence on 13 November 2007.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of
warrants will be 120,681,873.
