Central China Goldfields plc (the 'Company')
Exercise of Warrants
23 March 2006
Central China Goldfields plc (the 'Company') announces that it has received
applications to exercise 268,500 warrants, at an exercise price of 6p per share
and 7,000 warrants at an exercise price of 8p per share.
These shares will be issued and allotted and will rank pari passu with the
existing Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company. Trading of these shares on
AIM is expected to commence on 29 March 2006.
The total number of shares in issue following these exercises of warrants will
be 52,960,000.
The total number of tradeable warrants (AIM:GGGW) in issue following this
exercise of warrants is 31,550,500.
The total number of 10p warrants exercisable up to 30 April 2007 is 14,750.
