In compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Formjet plc ("the
Company") was notified by Barclays plc on behalf of Barclays Stockbrokers
Limited -


(a)  on 22nd February 2007 that Barclays Stockbrokers Limited had indirect
     voting rights over 7,823,950 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company,
     representing 6.03% of the voting share capital of the Company; and

(b)  on 23rd February 2007 that it had indirect voting rights over 7,516,698 
     ordinary shares, representing 5.79% of the voting share capital of the
     Company.
