SALE OF FLYBE NORDIC TO FINNAIR

Flybe Group plc is pleased to announce the completion of the disposal of Flybe UK Ltd's 60% interest in Flybe Nordic to Finnair. The agreement, which was first announced on November 12, 2014, is a significant step forward in Flybe's turnaround programme.
