Provisional results of participation in the Annual General Meeting of Eurotunnel
SA

Eurotunnel announces that it has been notified by Credit Agricole Indosuez of
the returns received from shareholders in respect of the Ordinary Annual General
Meeting of Eurotunnel SA.

A total of 1.008 billion votes have been registered, representing more than 39
per cent. of the current share capital of the Company, which exceeds the minimum
quorum requirement for the general meeting of 25 per cent.

These returns are as follows:
