that it has, today, transferred 5,598 ordinary shares at 83.5p each out of treasury shares to match obligations pursuant to the exercise of
employee options.

    Following the above transaction, Dealogic (Holdings) plc holds 3,531,842 ordinary shares as treasury shares.  

    The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 67,859,298.
