                                Grant of Options


Following the appointment of Paul Simon Alexander as Non-Executive Director on
20 June 2006, Deal Group Media plc, the full service online marketing group,
announces that options have been granted over 750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
to Paul as part of his appointment to the board.  These options will vest evenly
over a period of three years, and have an exercise price of 4.25p per share.
