The Company was informed that F. Feldman, a director of the Company, today
bought 33,850 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at 73 pence per Ordinary Share.


Following this transaction F. Feldman has an interest in 426,350 Ordinary
Shares, representing 1.51 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
