Edward Tozer, Finance Director of Deltron Electronics plc, has sold 64,900
Ordinary Shares at 158p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Tozer and his family interests are beneficial
owners of 1,826,360 shares in the Company, representing 6.5% of Deltron shares
in issue.

Yesterday's share sale represented 0.23% of the Company's issued share
capital.
