                       Notification of Interim Results



On behalf of our client, Deltron Electronics plc, we notify the London Stock
Exchange that the Company will be announcing its Interim Results for the six
months ended 31st March 2001 on Friday 11th May 2001.



An analyst briefing will be held at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside,
London EC2V 6DN, on the day of the announcement at 9.45 am for 10.00 am.   A
press briefing will follow at 11.15 am for 11.30am also at Buchanan
